Educational Support Professional

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team of teaching assistants in Caldicot.
As a teaching assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of schools across South West and Worcestershire, supporting pupils on their learning journey.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a nurturing mindset. You will also require flexibility, as you may be required to work across different sites and adapt to changing circumstances.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting teachers in the classroom
- Assisting with pupil assessments and evaluations
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
