We are seeking a talented Commercial Lawyer to join our vibrant team at Harrison Clark Rickerbys as a Senior Associate / Legal Director or Partner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for commercial law, technology, and protecting intellectual property.

The Role

As a Commercial Lawyer, you'll be at the forefront of advising clients on commercial transactions, technology innovations, IP rights, and data protection. You'll have the chance to make a significant impact, working on a wide range of exciting projects and collaborating closely with our Head of Team and other Partners.

About You

  • You'll have at least 6 years PQE in commercial law, with a strong understanding of commercial transactions, technology innovations, and IP rights.
  • You'll be confident in handling independent matters, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You'll be a relationship builder, eager to forge new connections and go the extra mile for our clients.
