Brand Ambassador

Parna Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional product experience through engagement with adult smokers/dualist/nicotine pouch users and executing POS Material + Incentives within stores.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in participating in ambassadorial/promotional/event programs or will have a background in being in a customer-facing environment. This role will report into the Project manager & also working with Key Stake holders within the business, whilst managing nominated geographic territory customers.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting and Feedback: Provide day-to-day reporting/feedback ensuring all administrative tasks are completed, including KPI tracking, consumer insights, in-store incentive results, and ensuring all store incentives are reported and paid out correctly.
- In-Store Presence: Support Vape Stores and convenience stores with in-store presence, engaging with in-store employees and store managers to drive product visibility.
- Promoting Brand Awareness: Promote brand awareness, increase product visibility, and support sales within the assigned territory.
- Product Training and Support: Provide product training, support, and assistance to effectively promote and sell products.
- Activations and Events: Collaborate with other Ambassadors and the marketing team to work within territory venues, such as Vape/convenience stores, to enable small-scale activations/events, such as expos and trade shows, in accordance with the company's strategic plans.
- Professional Representation: Represent the company with the utmost professionalism, presentation, and enthusiasm, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and age-gating guidelines.
- Competitor Analysis: Gather, collate, and report back on competitor products, including market share, pricing, and availability.
- Administration and Reporting: Strong administration and reporting skills.
- Customer Interaction: Comfortable approaching B2B and B2C customers.
- Communication Skills: Ability to interact face-to-face with consumers in a friendly and engaging manner.
- Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining working relationships and store management.
- Language Skills: Must be fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
- Resilience and Adaptability: Strong resilience and desire to drive continuous improvements and operate in a changing environment with a great adaptive personality.
- Collaboration: Ability to build and develop collaborative relationships - internal and external.
- Problem-Solving: Make it happen personality who can get things done fast - Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet.
A full UK driving license and own vehicle are required for this role, which is field-based.
