About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting the Marketing Manager in the delivery of marketing materials and activities that inform and create customer desire for our products, driving visitors to our sites with the aim of increasing sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup of new marketing suites and show homes and the delivery of marketing signage/hoarding.
  • Assist with booking all advertising and updating/distributing the Media Schedule & adverts to reflect marketing activity and liaising with Marketing Manager regularly to ensure all changes are made.
  • Assist Marketing Manager with in-house and property portal email campaigns by briefing relevant agencies, managing amends, and distributing via Dotmailer or property portal.
  • Monitor email marketing best practice / trends and implement where possible to improve the performance.
  • Assists Marketing Manager with hard copy mailers i.e. creating labels, ordering envelopes & preparing mailers for distribution.
  • Set up and maintain a brochure log for all developments, arranging for their delivery to the individual developments and to Head Office when required, filing/ archiving brochures or files. Ensure brochures are displayed within reception.
  • General office support.
  • Monitors and maintains a high level of presentation on our developments.
  • Proofread marketing materials, amends as required, and obtains approval prior to issue in line with ISO9001 and with reference to PMA (Property Misdescriptions Act).
  • Providing assistance at promotional events.
