Elderly Care Scheme Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Elderly Care Scheme Lead to join our team at Apex Housing Association.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with the elderly in a care/support role, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the well-being and independence of our elderly residents.
- Collaborate with our care teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services, including medication management and personal care support.
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, incidents, and service delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Degree in Social Work, Nursing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a care/support role with the elderly population.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
