Essex Health Visitor Band 6 Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Health Visitor to join our team in Essex. As a Health Visitor Band 6, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of families and individuals in the community.

About the Role:

As a Health Visitor, you will be responsible for managing caseloads and delivering the Healthy Child programme. You will work collaboratively with multi-agency settings to champion health and well-being, ensuring top-notch service to families, individuals, and groups.

Requirements:
  • SCPHN Health Visitor Post Graduate Diploma or Certificate
  • Current NMC Registration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in multi-agency working and child protection
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Knowledge of current health agendas relating to children, families, and health visiting
  • Ability to travel to various locations for work duties
