Property Maintenance Worker

We are looking for a skilled Property Maintenance Worker to join our team at Minstrel Court in Royston. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the property remains clean and well-maintained.
Main Duties- To conduct thorough checks of all rooms to identify any areas requiring attention.
- To complete tasks such as cleaning, dusting, and polishing to maintain the property's high standards.
- To handle waste disposal, restock cleaning supplies, and perform other routine housekeeping tasks.
- To assist with the upkeep of communal areas, including lounges and corridors.
- To maintain the gardens and paved areas, ensuring they are free from weeds and debris.
- To identify and report any maintenance issues or damage to the Property Manager.
- To adhere to health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
A DBS check will be required.
Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial but not essential.
Salary: £27,000 - £34,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
