Job Title: Chef de Partie

At Absolute Taste, we are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team at Mercedes-Benz World in Weybridge. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menu ideas that align with our brand's quality and style standards.
  • Assist in supervising and coaching the team to ensure a clean and tidy work environment and adherence to legislative and Government guidelines.
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef to manage food costs, monitor stock control, and ensure accurate month-end stock takes.
  • Have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about delivering top-quality food.
