About the Role:

KBR is a global leader in professional services and technologies, delivering innovative solutions to government, defense, and industrial clients. As a Facility Operations Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting our operations team in the Leatherhead offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating service entries on our internal systems and raising shopping carts.
  • Raising Helpdesk jobs on our internal system – CAFM.
  • Assisting with HSE inspections and walkrounds.
  • Spending time across all main service areas to learn how the service teams work.
  • Cleaning and assisting with inspections/audits.
  • M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) – learning about compliance and all areas of the service.
  • Catering – assisting with catering/hospitality requests.
  • Learning AutoCAD and assisting with space planning/occupancy billing.
  • Assisting with event organization and liaising with service teams.
  • Assisting with electronic file organization on the Real Estate Services internal drive.
  • Attending HSE Meetings and assisting with follow-up to Courage to Care cards.
  • Learning about other service areas, such as Security and Grounds Maintenance.
