Facility Operations Assistant

Job Summary
KBR is a global provider of professional services and technologies, delivering solutions across a wide government, defense, and industrial base. We are seeking a Facility Operations Apprentice to join our team in Leatherhead. In this role, you will assist with creating service entries, raising shopping carts, and performing HSE inspections. You will also spend time across various service areas to learn how they operate and assist with organizing events and electronic files.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating service entries and raising shopping carts on our internal systems.
- Raising Helpdesk jobs on our internal CAFM system.
- Assisting with HSE inspections and walkrounds.
- Learning about Mechanical and Electrical systems and compliance.
- Assisting with catering and hospitality requests.
- Learning AutoCAD and assisting with space planning and occupancy billing.
- Assisting with organizing events and liaising with service teams.
- Assisting with organizing electronic files on our internal drive.
- Attending HSE meetings and assisting with follow-up on Courage to Care cards.
