As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in managing and delivering minor works capital projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving business growth.

  • Manage and lead a geographically dispersed team in delivering minor works capital projects.">
  • Work closely with the Department of Education (DE) to ensure project compliance with policy and regulations.">
  • Pursue opportunities for minor capital works in controlled and non-controlled sectors.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, applicants must have a degree in project management or a related field and significant experience in construction-related project management. Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as expertise in NEC 3 or NEC 4 contract use, AutoCAD, and health and safety legislation, are essential.
