About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Office Administration Specialist to join our team in Ballymena. As an Office Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the RMHS Project Leads and project managers. This includes providing administrative assistance, responding to email correspondence, preparing reports and documents, and minute taking.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the RMHS Project Leads and project managers
  • Respond to email correspondence
  • Prepare reports and documents
  • Minute taking
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years relevant experience
  • Experience in minute taking and setting up meetings
  • 5 GCSEs (A-C), including English Language or equivalent qualifications
What We Offer

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £26,500 - £30,000 per annum based on 25 hours worked per week. You will also receive a minimum of 28 days paid holiday (pro rata) and weekly pay.
