Job Description

As a Full Time Office Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our project leads and managers with administrative tasks. This is a temporary role with the possibility of extension, offering a competitive rate of pay and excellent benefits.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support, including typing, photocopying, and diary management. You will also need to respond to correspondence and prepare reports, documents, and proposals for senior staff.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to project leads and managers
  • Assist with report preparation and document production
  • Manage diaries and schedules
  • Respond to correspondence

Salary: £12.86 per hour (dependent on experience)

Requirements
  • 2 years relevant experience in administration
  • Experience in minute taking and setting up meetings
  • GCSEs (A-C), including English Language
  • A minimum of 28 days paid holiday (pro rata)
