About the Role

The post is located within a specialist school based in a new location near a major town in the UK.

Working independently within the overall framework of the service policies and procedures, you will work within existing multidisciplinary teams and clinical governance structures to support the services in future development and ensuring quality assurance.

  • Manage and lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve service goals.
  • Collaborate with key partners to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Analyze data to inform service development and project work.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service outcomes.

Requirements

  • Post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology.
  • Registered with the HCPC and BPS.
  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience of working with individuals with complex needs.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage strategically.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with key partners.
  • Able to work sensitively with individuals and resolve conflict effectively.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting.
  • Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience.
