Salary

The salary for this role is approximately £31,200 per year, based on the location and industry standards.

Job Responsibilities

As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you'll support our members in achieving their goals, promoting their independence, and wellbeing. You'll conduct risk assessments, identify needs, and respond to queries to improve service delivery.

Key Requirements

  • Experience working with people with disabilities to enhance independence and wellbeing
  • Knowledge of comprehensive, holistic assessments and remote service delivery
  • Using assessment tools and developing action plans
  • Identifying safeguarding concerns and adhering to policies
  • A relevant Level 4 qualification or equivalent experience
