Relief Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in Wrexham. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals with a learning disability and/or autism in a homely and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to individuals with a learning disability and/or autism in a homely and supportive environment.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication.
  • Support individuals to engage in activities and hobbies that promote their well-being and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure the best possible outcomes for the individuals we support.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A kind, caring, and patient attitude.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Manual UK driving license.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and individuals we support.
