Relief Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in Wrexham. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism in a variety of settings
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication
  • Support individuals to engage in activities and hobbies
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes for individuals

Requirements:

  • Manual UK driving license
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
