Job Title: Regional Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Manager to join our Arb Rail & Infrastructure division in the Cardiff area. As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple sites and site supervisors to exceed client and internal KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple sites and site supervisors to ensure excellent performance and growth of the division.
  • Assist with the planning, safety, and quality of the works carried out.
  • Survey sites to evaluate work required and ensure adequate resourcing to deliver.

Requirements:

  • Relevant managerial and operational experience or equivalent relevant practice experience.
  • Solid commercial acumen with experience of managing NEC contracts.
  • Previous experience in the rail industry.
  • Effective leadership and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge and strong commercial acumen of tendering.
