Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Security Service Engineer to join our team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for ensuring their security engineering needs are met. You'll work on a localised patch, with minimal travel required, and enjoy a range of benefits including a company vehicle, 25 days holiday, and a pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and undertake service work on security systems at a range of customers, from commercial to domestic and integrated systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers.
  • Service devices safely and responsibly, avoiding injuries, damage to property, and the loss of unused materials.
  • Manage your time efficiently, prioritizing jobs correctly.

Requirements

  • Experience within the Fire and Security industry, ideally with intruder alarms, access systems, and CCTV experience.
  • Driving license.
  • Ability to lift and climb ladders.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
