Job Overview

Acre security is a leading provider of innovative security solutions, dedicated to making the world a safer place. We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Systems Specialist to join our dynamic UK HOP Team.

About the Role

In this critical role, you will design, implement, and maintain advanced security systems that protect customer assets, information, and infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on access control, network security, and CCTV systems. You will work closely with project managers to ensure timely and successful installations for various clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Design and Implementation: Install, configure, and integrate security systems (hardware and software) to meet organisational security needs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Ensure all security systems are operational, monitor performance, and implement updates or adjustments as needed.
  • Collaboration and Project Management: Work with Project Managers to complete installations on time and within budget for various clients.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure security systems comply with industry standards, government regulations, and internal policies.
  • Talent Development: Assist junior team members with callouts and PPMs (Planned Preventive Maintenance), offering guidance to help them develop their skills.
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in the security systems industry, with experience in Access Control and CCTV installation.
  • An understanding of cybersecurity principles, physical security systems, networking, system integration, and security protocols.
