Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Swimming Instructor to work in one of our leading SEN schools in South East London. As an Aquatics Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing instructional classes for the commercial operation of all aquatics programmes across the business.

  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to students of varying ages and abilities.
  • Develop and implement new aquatic programmes to meet the needs of our students.
  • Work closely with the Aquatics Leader to ensure the effective delivery of aquatic services.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and programme evaluation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 2 swimming teaching qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
