About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Six Degrees Social Enterprise. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing a positive experience for our patients and clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to staff, including managing the telephone system, patient case management system, and storage and filing system for patient and employee records.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Provide a positive service and experience as the first point of contact for the organization.
- Assist with general office duties, including filing, scanning, and note-taking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff, patients, and clients.
Requirements
- Sound experience within an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or customer support environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong IT skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including an excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to work flexibly in support of the organization.
- Positive and professional attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
