We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Six Degrees Social Enterprise. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing a positive experience for our patients and clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to staff, including managing the telephone system, patient case management system, and storage and filing system for patient and employee records.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Provide a positive service and experience as the first point of contact for the organization.
  • Assist with general office duties, including filing, scanning, and note-taking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff, patients, and clients.

Requirements

  • Sound experience within an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or customer support environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong IT skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including an excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to work flexibly in support of the organization.
  • Positive and professional attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
