Fleet Operations Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fleet Operations Coordinator to join BEAR Scotland, a leading provider of highways maintenance services across Scotland.
We manage and maintain over 2,500km of Scotland's trunk road network with a fleet size of over 400 vehicles. Reporting to the Fleet Manager, the successful candidate will assist in all aspects of Fleet activities, including visiting depots, conducting vehicle inspections, and monitoring pre-use checks.
Applicants must hold a Level 3 Certificate of Professional Competence in National Road Haulage Operations. The ideal candidate will be able to comply with relevant Health and Safety legislation, have knowledge of Transport law, and possess high-level communication skills.
The salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, life assurance, and up to 34 days annual leave per year.
