We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Peer Support Worker. As a Peer Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs, promoting recovery and well-being, and empowering them to take control of their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide peer support and guidance to individuals with mental health needs, promoting recovery and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized support plans.
  • Facilitate groups and workshops to promote social connections, skills development, and community engagement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recovery-focused initiatives and projects.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on recovery-focused practices and peer support principles.
Requirements
  • Experience of using mental health services or being a carer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
