Key Responsibilities- Provide peer support and guidance to individuals with mental health needs, promoting recovery and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized support plans.
- Facilitate groups and workshops to promote social connections, skills development, and community engagement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recovery-focused initiatives and projects.
- Provide training and support to colleagues on recovery-focused practices and peer support principles.
- Experience of using mental health services or being a carer.
