Your key responsibilities will include:

* Fully verifying each case at the Pack In stage to meet lender requirements for the recommended product.
* Producing a comprehensive list of case requirements for the client\u2019s adviser to communicate to the client.
* Ensuring each case requirement is clearly understood by the client and adviser.
* Managing all client correspondence from the Pack In stage and processing any received documentation.
* Maintaining and organizing your client case list and daily workflow meticulously.
* Delivering a consistent conversion rate from Pack In to Funded.
* Working closely with Bridging Advisers to keep them informed of each case\u2019s status.
* Ensuring submitted cases meet all potential Lender Requirements and are processed within the appropriate Lender service level agreements.

To excel in this role, you will need:

* Previous experience in the Bridging and Commercial mortgage industry, preferably in case management (packaging/processing) or administration.
* Ability to manage multiple customers proactively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Dedication to providing each customer with the care, attention, and support they need through the often stressful process.
