We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Soft Services Manager to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a safe and clean environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a small team of staff to deliver high-quality services, including catering, cleaning, laundry, waste management, and pest control.
- Ensure all areas of the kitchen and food service areas are kept clean and well-maintained.
- Manage all aspects of staffing, including scheduling and labor management.
- Ensure completion of all Sodexo SMS paperwork, including temperatures, electrical checks, COSHH, and HACCP.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive service excellence and deliver quality results.
- Manage the weekly rotas and labor within budget agreements.
- Complete daily and monthly billing, and close accounts at agreed times.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and previous management experience in delivering results.
