About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Estates Coordinator to join our team at NHS Property Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that local site services meet the needs of colleagues, patients, and visitors within our premises.

The Estates Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Estates Manager to coordinate in-house/outsourced services in a facilities service provision across a portfolio of properties. This will involve responding to issues as they arise, ensuring work is delivered within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) working with our internal hard and soft FM teams alongside contractors.

This is a blended role of property management and facilities management, requiring good customer service and rapport building with customers as the first point of contact for people onsite. The successful candidate will have experience with systems such as Core and Power BI, with training provided.

We are looking for a candidate with IOSH and healthcare experience, with legionella awareness being essential. The role offers a competitive salary, 27 days annual leave, and a range of flexible benefits including NHS retail discounts and Cycle to Work Scheme.
