About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estates Coordinator to join our team at NHS Property Services. As an Estates Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our local site services meet the needs of our colleagues, patients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Estates Manager in ensuring that local site services meet the needs of colleagues, patients, and visitors.
  • Coordinate in-house/outsourced services in a facilities service provision across a portfolio of properties.
  • Respond to issues as they arise, ensuring work is delivered within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Work with internal hard and soft FM teams alongside contractors to deliver facilities services.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers as the first point of contact on site.
Requirements
  • Desirable: IOSH and healthcare experience.
  • Essential: Legionella awareness.
