Transformative Leader for Care-Experienced Young People

London, Greater London, United Kingdom Peridot Partners Full time

We are Settle, an award-winning charity dedicated to breaking the cycle of youth homelessness. Our mission is to empower care-experienced young people to confidently transition into independent living and thrive.

As our Chief Executive, you will lead our efforts in providing weekly coaching sessions that support young people in sustaining a tenancy, developing practical life skills, and thriving as independent adults. Our holistic approach is tailored to each individual's changing needs, offering a consistent and transformative relationship.

We have an excellent staff team, a wonderful board of trustees, and a robust financial position. Our annual success rate of 95%-100% demonstrates the effectiveness of our early intervention and empowerment approach.

About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading charity in the sector, making a significant impact on the lives of care-experienced young people.
  • You will be responsible for growing our profile by partnering with more organisations and advocating for the incredible young people we support.

We are committed to being an inclusive charity, investing resources in ensuring all staff have a strong understanding of equality, diversity, inclusion, and belonging. However, we recognize that we are currently underrepresented in ethnic diversity, and we are open to supporting first-time Chief Executives in this role.

The salary for this position is estimated to be £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, based on the UK cost of living. If you are inspired to help solve youth homelessness, please contact our advising consultant at Peridot Partners.
