We are looking for a Support Practitioner for Young Lives to join our team in Exeter, working with Children and Young People in a residential setting.

As a Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing daily support and care to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and educational well-being.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with Children and Young People, be able to build strong relationships, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional care and support.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.50 per hour, plus £50 per sleep in, as well as access to ongoing training and development opportunities, and a range of benefits including wellness allowance and access to a company vehicle.
