Job Summary: We seek an accomplished Rotary Aircraft Technician Lead to spearhead our rotary aircraft maintenance team at Line Up Aviation. In this pivotal role, you will oversee day-to-day activities, foster a culture of excellence, and drive results that exceed expectations.

About the Team:
Estimated salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum. Our team works diligently to maintain and repair complex Avionics/Electrical systems on Airbus rotorcraft Series. Your expertise and guidance will be instrumental in achieving top-notch results. Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting routine maintenance tasks, such as inspections and repairs.
  • Directing a team of technicians to deliver high-quality maintenance services.
  • Overseeing adherence to relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Investigating technical issues and implementing solutions.

Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of helicopter electrical and avionics systems and hold a valid EASA Part 66 B2 License. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a rotary environment is necessary, along with outstanding leadership and technical skills. This position demands versatility and ability to navigate a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing company objectives and customer needs.
