Aircraft Technician

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Aircraft Fitter to join our team in Oxfordshire. As an aircraft technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and modifications of aircraft. Your duties will include:
- Maintaining the aircraft and ensuring safe use of ground equipment.
- Navigating and interpreting aircraft maintenance documentation with accuracy.
- Performing aircraft modifications and light structural work as required.
- Complying with organisational policies and procedures outlined in the company's MOE and supporting manuals.
The ideal candidate will have a valid aircraft standards-based qualification or equivalent experience, along with a strong understanding of aeronautical regulations. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential. A current Human factor initial and refresher certificate, EWIS, and SFAR 88 certification are also required.
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus shift allowance and benefits. The successful candidate will be based primarily in Oxfordshire, with occasional travel required. A shift pattern of 5 days on, 2 days off, and 4 days on is typical.
