Job Overview:

Care & Repair Intern - 6 months FTC at Christian Louboutin

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Care & Repair Intern. This is a six-month fixed-term contract position, based in London.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with the Care and Repair Supervisor and Assistant to address escalated client queries on product wear. You will also collaborate with Repair Center Partners to ensure consistency and efficiency in customer repair services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and ship all CL items from stores for repairs centers and clients, ensuring exceptional packing and quality control.
  • Quality control: check all repairs requested to the repair centers and inspect the general aspect of the shoe to provide an excellent service to clients.
  • Share regular feedback with repair centers based on quality control results, validated by the Supervisor.
  • Assess quality cases within stores, provide expertise, and transfer qualitative instructions to stores, ensuring a weekly follow-up.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, adhering to lead times, and following up on any delays.
  • Receive spare parts, control inventory, and alert the coordinator and Assistant if there are discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with retail teams, customer service, quality teams, and logistics through email communication.
  • Familiarize yourself with Salesforce processes and company policies.
  • Support the Care and Repair Assistant with client complaints on product wear, organizing repairs, exchanges, and refunds accordingly.

Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience with Salesforce is desirable.
  • Team spirit and positive mindset.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and interest in craftsmanship and sustainability.
  • Able to multitask and be proactive.
  • Interest in working in the luxury sector; previous experience in Customer Service, Retail, or Luxury brands is advantageous.
  • High level of English (written and spoken).
  • Customer-centric approach.

Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
