Job Description
">This role involves working closely with the Care and Repair Supervisor and Care and Repair Assistant to address escalated client queries on product wear. You will also work with Repair Center Partners to ensure consistency and efficiency in customer repair services.
Main Responsibilities
">- Receive and ship CL items from stores for repairs centers and clients, ensuring best packing practices and alerting supervisors if processes are not followed.
- Conduct quality control checks on repairs requested from repair centers and assess the general aspect of shoes to provide excellent service to clients.
- Share regular feedback with repair centers on quality control, validated by the Supervisor.
- Assess quality cases within stores, provide expertise, and transfer knowledge to stores while following up weekly and alerting supervisors for any escalated cases.
- Provide effective communication with clients, ensuring lead times are met, and follow up on any delays.
- Manage spare part reception, control spares with pairs, and alert coordinators and assistants if anything is incorrect.
- Communicate with retail teams, CS, quality teams, and logistics via email.
- Follow Salesforce process and C&R policy.
- Assist the Care and Repair Assistant with client complaints on product wear (organize repairs, exchanges, refunds accordingly).
Requirements and Skills
">- Proficient in all Microsoft office applications and experience using Salesforce is desirable.
- Team spirit and positive mindset.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Meticulous and interested in craftsmanship and sustainability.
- Ability to multitask and be proactive.
- Interest in working in the luxury sector; previous experience working for a luxury brand is an advantage.
- Previous experience working in Customer Service, Retail, or the Luxury sector.
- High level of English (both written and spoken).
- Customer-centric approach.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
