Senior Vice President, Release Train Engineer (RTE) - BNY Pershing

BNY, a leading global financial services company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Vice President, Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join their Enterprise Transformation Office team in London or Manchester. This is a hybrid role that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Chief Scrum Master for an Agile Release Train, facilitating and managing the agile Release Train for a value stream within a Product / Platform.
  • Facilitate PI planning readiness by fostering the preparation of backlog and Pre and Post PI planning meetings for a Product / Platform, through the use of agile management tools.
  • Escalate impediments to the STE and help to manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Certified SaFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SaFe Program Consultant (SPC), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (ACSM) or Certified Scrum Professional.
  • Experience with agile management and delivery, including coordinating teams and leveraging agile tools.
  • Vast experience in an agile environment.
  • Mentor for Pods and Scrum Master.
