About the Role

We are seeking a Risk Documentation Analyst to join our team in London. As a key member of our underwriting and delegated underwriting team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coverholder / MGA documentation operational review and analysis
  • Day-to-day administration of the Coverholder / MGA Approval Workflow Platform for Everest International
  • Administration on key areas of the Everest International DA portfolio to key stakeholders in accordance with internal Group and external regulatory minimum standards
  • Challenge received due diligence where necessary from Coverholder / MGAs
  • Consistent and accurate third-party counterparty analysis and measurement against current codes of practice
  • Assistance with coordinated performance meetings between Coverholder/MGA, Everest underwriters, and DU team(s)
  • To provide centralized operational day-to-day support and coordination to any internal or external audit that Everest International receives in respect of its DU portfolio

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in operational delegated underwriting authority or syndicate underwriting support role
  • Experience with a Lloyd's Managing Agent/Insurance Co.
  • Relevant experience of technical reviews of Agreements and relevant Coverholder / MGA insurance documentation (training will be given)
  • Outstanding communication, both written and verbal
  • Ability to think proactively and offer solutions to problems
  • Extensive technology experience including PAS, DMS, Workflow, and MS Office suite
  • Strong prioritisation and time-keeping skills
  • Use of Management Information tools
