About the Role

The Associate UX Research Analyst position requires a deep understanding of UX principles and fintech knowledge. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting in-depth analysis of financial apps and websites worldwide
  • Gathering user journeys from our global panel
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the fintech market and specializing within a specific area
  • Collaborating with the Pulse team to identify new financial services to feature on the platform
  • Creating engaging editorial content to guide users towards exceptional product experiences
  • Contributing to our weekly newsletter, focusing on trending fintech topics (banking, blockchain/crypto, investing, insurance, etc.)
  • Participating in the Content Team's editorial ambitions
  • Benchmarking financial products UX and features with the Research team
  • Helping clients identify valuable user journeys and best UX practices
  • Working closely with a dynamic team on a daily basis

Requirements
