Job Title: Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to join our team at RedRock Resourcing. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of our software products and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of software products, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage a team of software developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure that software products meet business requirements and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement software development methodologies, processes, and tools to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring that software products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software development, with a strong background in Java, Node.js, or Angular.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of software developers.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
