About the Role

Kennedys is seeking a highly skilled Reward Advisor to join our HR team in Chelmsford. As a key member of our Reward and Benefits team, you will play a critical role in delivering a range of exciting projects and initiatives that support the firm's global reward strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Reward and Benefits Manager in delivering global benefits and compensation programs
  • Assist with the analysis and interpretation of reward and benefits data to inform business decisions
  • Work closely with the HR Data and Systems team to ensure accurate and timely data management
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, partners, and brokers in relation to global benefits
  • Support the development and implementation of global reward and benefits strategies

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Reward Advisor or similar role, preferably in a partnership environment
  • Strong experience in employee benefits administration and compensation planning
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
