Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Board of Directors to develop and implement strategies for membership growth and retention.
- Support the Board Committees in planning and executing annual goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain key relationships with local philanthropic and nonprofit institutions to drive progress on membership goals and nonprofit engagement.
- Manage day-to-day business operations, including direct supervision of the Administrator and oversight of financial resources and organizational budget.
- Oversee and evaluate operational systems, including databases, financial systems, workflows, and website.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of senior management experience.
- Highly developed interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range of $35,000 to $45,000, commensurate with experience.
- Schedule flexibility and paid leave.
