Communications Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Manager to join our team at Gist. As a key member of our People, Safety and Culture Team, you will be responsible for leading communications activities across our channels, ensuring they are effective, engaging, and project our culture and business values.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication plan in partnership with internal functions and business units to deliver an engaging and relevant communication calendar.
- Manage the communication plan in partnership with internal functions and business units to deliver an engaging and relevant communication calendar.
- Support the communications coordinator and design approach in line with the Gist brand guidelines.
- Plan communication projects for business programmes to ensure good understanding and engagement with key stakeholders in line with Gist's vision, values and objectives and brand guidelines.
- Implement a clear and consistent brand for Gist sites through signage, distribution of communications and other branded materials.
- 3+ years' experience in communications.
- Leading communication plan development and implementation with senior stakeholders.
- Adobe creative cloud training and/or 1+ years' experience in the software suite.
- Excellent digital content experience across social media, website and intranet.
- Experience in video editing, digital signage, intranet management.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing communications campaigns.
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills ability to engage with all levels of the business.
- Social media training and/or experience.
