Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and resolve issues related to transaction reports, data checks, and liaison with operations teams.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point for issues or queries referred to colleagues in operations.
  • Draft Errors and Omissions reports for Compliance and plan re-reports.
  • Collaborate with the Transaction Reporting Working Group to create and monitor transaction reports.
  • Test software changes, fixes, and enhancements to the core system ahead of release into production.
  • Manage data flows with third-party reconciliation partners for accuracy testing.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes that impact the business and escalate to management as required.
About You

We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual with experience in transaction reporting frameworks and managing change. Ideally, you will have worked in a private client investment management business and be proficient in Excel, with experience in working with and manipulating large data sets.
