Transaction Reporting Specialist

The successful candidate will join a global investment bank, renowned for its commitment to customer service and innovation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure business-as-usual daily tasks are completed accurately and issues escalated promptly.
  • Administer daily financial data requirements in accordance with agreed procedures.
  • Manage exceptions from trade repositories and approved reporting mechanisms.
  • Run workflows and create bi-weekly presentation packs for key stakeholders.
  • Perform reconciliations between source systems and reporting data.
  • Maintain relationships with counterparties and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Operational knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • Experience using financial data management systems would be beneficial.
  • Prior experience with data analytics tools would be advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
