About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients with mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and carers
  • Participate in education and training programs to maintain professional development
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to mental health care
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse qualification and current NMC registration
  • Minimum of 6 months paid experience in a mental health hospital environment within the last 3 years
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
