Job Title: Development Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Development Project Manager to join our team at Beach Baker in Bristol.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with both the Planning and Development partners in the broader business and will have a pivotal role in growing the team around you. You will support clients across Bristol, Gloucestershire, Somerset, and the wider South West.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct development appraisal work and identify potential development opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice on planning and development strategies, including preparing formal reports and assessing alternative land use values.
  • Manage the disposal and acquisition of strategic land and immediate development opportunities.

Requirements:

To succeed as a Development Project Manager, you will need post-qualification experience in development consultancy and agency, with strong expertise in development appraisals, advisory services, and disposals. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be building and maintaining client relationships and supporting colleagues in cross-selling opportunities.

A full driving licence is required, as you will be regularly visiting sites.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
