As a Clinical Health Specialist at Elysium Healthcare, you will play a vital role in leading and coordinating the physical health needs of our service users. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to promote good teamwork and support your colleagues in delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and assess the physical health needs of service users, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with primary health services, including GP practices and other physical health departments.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement physical health interventions, using evidence-based practice and current best evidence.
  • Engage in practice development, evaluation, and audit activities to promote evidence-based practice and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • A relevant nursing qualification and registration with the NMC.
  • Phlebotomy skills and a strong understanding of physical health care needs for individuals with acquired brain injury.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and a caring and compassionate approach.
  • A commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice.
