We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surgical Team Leader to join our team at The Yorkshire Clinic Private Hospital in Bingley. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Manage the day-to-day operational running of the Urology and General surgical operating lists
- Ensure compliance with relevant clinical standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
- Current NMC/HCP registration
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Sound computer skills and knowledge
- A registered member with the NMC/HCP
