As an HSE Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, as well as maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities- Implement effective health, safety, and environmental practices and procedures to promote a safe working environment.
- Provide guidance and advice on health, safety, and environmental matters to management and employees.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Investigate incidents and near misses, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and maintain risk assessments and safe working procedures.
- Monitor and report on health, safety, and environmental performance.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent).
- Proven experience as an HSE Advisor or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
