Senior Marketing and Communications Officer

Kingsgate Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing and Communications Officer to join our client's busy team. Our client has been providing homes, care and support services across the Midlands for nearly 60 years.

The Role
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to promote the company's services and brand.
  • Lead the development of marketing materials, including brochures, leaflets, and website content.
  • Manage the company's social media presence and create engaging content to attract and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement internal communications strategies to ensure effective communication across the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and communications campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications.
The Person
  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, with a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging content for various audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Knowledge of marketing and communications software, including social media management tools and content management systems.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
