Senior Marketing Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Executive to join our dynamic team at Law. As a key member of our Business Development and Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in producing and coordinating compelling copy to engage our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and edit engaging marketing content for various channels, including Insights, press releases, newsletters, case studies, and social media.
- Collaborate with lawyers to refine their thought leadership pieces, ensuring alignment with our tone of voice and brand guidelines.
- Partner with Business Development Managers to generate a content pipeline for all sectors, driving business growth and client engagement.
- Lead communications-focused marketing campaigns, leveraging your creativity and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional results.
- Maintain a communications calendar within our CRM system, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Executive to ensure online content is current and aligned with our brand strategy.
- Support key campaigns alongside the Internal Communications Manager, driving business outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
- Create captivating email marketing campaigns and manage mailing lists on our CRM system, leveraging your expertise in email marketing and data analysis.
- Lead award submissions for the firm, showcasing our expertise and achievements in the industry.
- Draft and review directory content with the Senior Business Development Executive, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
- Drive proactive PR campaigns, identifying opportunities, drafting copy, and supporting lawyers in content creation, to enhance our firm's reputation and thought leadership.
Assist the Director of Business Development & Marketing and the Head of Marketing Operations with various projects, contributing to the smooth operation of the team and driving business outcomes.
Requirements- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to engage at all levels and stakeholders.
- Strong copywriting, proofreading, and editing abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creative storytelling.
- Excellent time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
- Self-motivated, innovative, and committed to delivering exceptional service, with a strong work ethic and a passion for marketing and communications.
- Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
